Key Responsibilities / Role Scope
- Manage and advise on complex transactions within the firm's elite Banking and Finance practice.
- Draft, review, and negotiate banking documentation, financing structures, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate directly with partners and clients to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (4-5 Years PQE) in Banking and Finance practice.
- Strong academic credentials and a proven track record handling corporate banking and finance mandates.
