About Parens Patrice
Parens Patrice is a Delhi-based legal organisation engaged in litigation, legal research and legal drafting. Located in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, the organisation handles matters involving constitutional law, corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration and civil disputes.
Its work includes proceedings before the Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and District Courts.
About the Internship
Parens Patrice is inviting applications from law students pursuing B.A. LL.B. or LL.B. programmes for on-site legal internships during November and December 2026.
The internship is intended to provide practical exposure to litigation and arbitration through legal research, drafting, case preparation and court proceedings. Applicants may opt for a duration of one or two months, depending on their availability and the internship arrangement.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns may be involved in the following tasks:
Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing analytical research notes.
Drafting petitions, written statements, replies and affidavits.
Preparing case briefs and arguments for ongoing matters.
Attending court proceedings before the Delhi High Court, Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and District Courts.
Assisting with file management, documentation and case preparation for arbitration matters.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be pursuing a B.A. LL.B. or LL.B. degree.
Possess strong legal research and drafting skills.
Have a keen interest in litigation and arbitration.
Students interested in developing practical litigation skills and gaining exposure to court proceedings may find this opportunity relevant.
Internship Duration
The internship is available for one or two months during November and December 2026.
