Role & Key Responsibilities
Patine Law Offices is seeking a dedicated Associate for its Litigation Team in New Delhi. Key duties include:
- Drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, and legal notices.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and statutory analysis.
- Handling and managing litigation matters independently before various judicial forums.
- Regularly appearing before courts, tribunals, and authorities.
- Directly coordinating with clients and briefing senior counsels.
- Managing, supervising, and coordinating with junior team members.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active litigation experience (PQE 2+ Years).
- Location Requirement: Only candidates currently based in Delhi are eligible to apply.
- Strong command over legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Sound knowledge of court procedures, filing processes, and practical litigation practice.
- Demonstrated capability to handle court matters independently.
