Key Responsibilities & Role Scope
The Contracts Administrator (Legal Ops Coordinator) will provide critical operational and administrative support to the global Legal department, supporting five attorneys across multiple jurisdictions while coordinating closely with Finance, Procurement, and external vendors.
- Workflow & Intake Management: Manage legal intake via workflow tools (Atom), maintain the Legal inbox, categorize incoming requests, and route inquiries.
- Contract Review & AI Risk Analysis: Conduct initial contract reviews, flag issues in Chamelio, track AI-identified risks, and negotiate standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Database & Salesforce Maintenance: Upload executed contracts, maintain accurate data in Salesforce, manage tagging, scoring, metadata, and follow up on e-signature execution.
- Corporate Governance & Compliance: Assist with ISO certification audits, KYC documentation maintenance, corporate filings via CSC, entity maintenance, and assignment notifications.
- Procurement & Legal Spend: Create iValua purchase requisitions for outside counsel and legal tools, process vendor invoices, and track spend against established budgets.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in business operations, deal desk, paralegal roles, or contract management. Experience in the SaaS industry is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CLM systems, CRM tools (Salesforce experience required), and exposure to legal workflow/AI technology.
- Core Skills: Strong redlining, contract drafting, and negotiation capabilities; exceptional written and verbal communication; and proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment.
