As an Associate in the Civil and Commercial Disputes practice, you will work closely with seasoned practitioners and gain valuable exposure to:
- Arbitration: Assisting in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
- Corporate Disputes: Handling high-stakes corporate litigation and shareholder/board disputes.
- Real Estate Disputes: Navigating complex property and real estate litigation across court levels.
- Civil Litigation: Drafting pleadings, managing court filings, and conducting thorough legal research for civil court matters.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Post-Qualification Experience (PQE): 0–1 year.
- A strong academic foundation in law with a primary commitment to building a focused career in dispute resolution.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical capabilities.
- Proactive work ethic with strong written and oral communication skills.
