Pratham Legal is inviting applications from law students interested in gaining practical experience in litigation and related areas of legal practice. The internship will be conducted at the office of AOR Ashutosh Kumar Shukla, Supreme Court of India.
About the Internship
Pratham Legal is offering a one-month, on-site legal internship for November 2026. The opportunity is intended for students with a keen interest in litigation and practical legal work.
Interns will have the opportunity to gain exposure to litigation, dispute resolution, white-collar crime matters and commercial laws. The internship may be extended depending on the candidate's performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Law students with a keen interest in litigation are eligible to apply.
Penultimate-year and final-year law students will be preferred.
Practice Areas
Selected interns may gain exposure to the following areas:
Litigation
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
White-Collar Crimes
Commercial Laws
Duration
The internship will last for one month in November 2026. An extension may be offered based on the candidate's performance.
