About the Job
Rajeshwari & Associates is hiring Patent Associates / Senior Executives with 3+ years of Intellectual Property experience to join its patent practice. The role involves handling patent-related matters, working with inventors and clients, managing patent prosecution work and independently handling assigned matters.
Eligibility
Candidates applying for the Patent Associate / Senior Executive position should have:
A Science degree.
3+ years of experience in Intellectual Property.
Relevant experience in patent practice, particularly in patent drafting, prosecution, searches or related areas.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates may be responsible for the following:
Patent Drafting & Prosecution:
Handling patent drafting, First Examination Report (FER) responses, hearings and patent prosecution management.
Prior Art & Patent Searches:
Conducting patentability, Freedom to Operate (FTO), invalidity and patent landscape searches.
Technical & Client Interaction:
Understanding inventions and communicating effectively with inventors and clients regarding technical and patent-related matters.
Independent Handling:
Managing patent matters independently and mentoring junior team members.
Work Mode
The position is work from office.
Location
The position is based in Delhi / New Delhi.
