About the Opportunity / Organizer
RB Lawcorp Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications from passionate law students for a criminal law internship at their office in Sector 18, Noida. The program provides interns with direct exposure to criminal litigation, courtroom strategy, legal drafting, and research under experienced practitioners.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
- Conduct in-depth legal research on criminal law provisions, statutes, and judicial precedents.
- Assist in drafting legal documents for bail, anticipatory bail, and bail cancellation matters.
- Work on criminal appeals, revisions, transfer applications, and Section 138 (cheque dishonour) cases.
- Gain practical knowledge of case preparation, documentation, and court proceedings before Trial Courts and High Courts.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Enrolled in LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or B.B.A. LL.B. degree programs.
Stipend, Perks & Awards
Hands-on practical experience in criminal litigation, trial court practice, and legal drafting.
