The Role & Key Responsibilities
As a Litigation Associate at Regius Legal LLP, you will be deeply involved in high-stakes dispute resolution matters across various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Litigation & Advocacy: Representing clients and assisting senior partners in complex civil and criminal litigation proceedings.
- Legal Drafting: Drafting compelling legal pleadings, plaints, petitions, written statements, affidavits, legal notices, and appellate submissions with precision.
- Analytical Research: Conducting rigorous legal research on nuanced points of law, statutory interpretations, and binding precedents to fortify legal strategies.
- Case Strategy & Management: Collaborating closely with the team to formulate robust defense and prosecution strategies for corporate and individual clients.
