Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidates for the Manager – Legal (IBC) position will actively handle key insolvency and bankruptcy processes. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PIRP).
- Handling liquidation processes and related statutory procedures under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
- Preparing, drafting, and reviewing legal filings, petitions, applications, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinating efficiently with various stakeholders, resolution professionals, and statutory authorities.
- Supporting other specialized IBC advisory and litigation matters.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Qualification: Company Secretary (CS) or LL.B. degree.
- Experience: 1–2 years of practical experience handling matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
- Strong understanding of IBC provisions, procedural guidelines, and judicial precedents.
- Demonstrated expertise in legal drafting and practical exposure to insolvency proceedings.
