Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidates for the position of Manager – Legal (IBC) will handle insolvency and bankruptcy matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC). Key duties include:
- Assisting with Corporate Insolvency Resolution Processes (CIRP).
- Assisting with liquidation proceedings and Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Processes (PIRP).
- Supporting other statutory IBC-related processes.
- Preparing, drafting, and managing legal documents and regulatory filings.
- Coordinating efficiently with diverse stakeholders, insolvency professionals, and authorities.
Eligibility & Criteria
- Qualifications: Candidates holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and/or Company Secretary (CS) credential.
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience handling matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
- A solid understanding of IBC provisions and strong drafting skills are preferred.
- Practical exposure to insolvency resolution matters.
