Headquartered in Mohali, Punjab, the firm serves corporates, MSMEs, lenders, investors, and entrepreneurs with structured and compliant advisory solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), liquidation, and Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PIRP).
- Support other Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)-related processes.
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate efficiently with stakeholders, resolution professionals, and regulatory authorities.
- Handle end-to-end insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings under the IBC, 2016.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Candidates holding a Company Secretary (CS) or LL.B. qualification.
- 1–2 years of practical experience handling matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
- Strong understanding of IBC provisions and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional legal drafting and communication skills.
- Practical exposure to insolvency resolution mechanisms.
