In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between complex legal contracts and cutting-edge software systems, helping our clients maximize the value of their intellectual property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Interpretation & Ingestion: Analyze and interpret complex deal terms for North American Media & Entertainment clients, and accurately ingest contractual terms into the Rightsline platform according to defined standards.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as an internal and external expert on contract interpretation, ingestion workflows, and best practices.
- Solution Design & Project Support: Collaborate on solution design and support end-to-end project execution.
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Evaluate CLM requirements across various systems to identify customer needs, potential risks, use cases, and escalation paths.
- Project Tracking: Monitor project execution, delivery timelines, and secure appropriate stakeholder sign-offs.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education: LL.B. degree is mandatory. An additional Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the legal field, with a strong background in contract interpretation and ingestion.
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience handling North American contracts and/or working within the Media & Entertainment sector is highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical, organizational, presentation, and communication skills. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
