Key Roles & Responsibilities
Academic Delivery: Deliver high-quality lectures for undergraduate law courses, including the LL.B. (3-Year) and B.L.S. LL.B. (5-Year) programs, in alignment with the University of Mumbai curriculum.
Student Mentorship: Guide students in moot court competitions, legal drafting, seminar papers, and clinical legal training.
Institutional Contribution: Actively participate in managing key academic committees such as the Moot Court Society, Legal Aid Cell, and Placement Cell.
Research & Development: Contribute to institutional growth through academic research, scholarly publications, and mentoring.
Administrative Duties: Assist in exam evaluations, paper setting, and organizing national and international academic events.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (or an equivalent grade).
Eligibility Test: Must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) or State Eligibility Test (SET) conducted by the UGC/CSIR. Candidates with a Ph.D. in Law awarded in accordance with UGC Regulations are exempt from NET/SET.
