Comprising a collaborative team of advocates and company secretaries, the firm delivers tailored legal services and strategic counsel to both domestic and international clients spanning multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities / Practice Scope
The selected candidate will join the firm's fast-paced Corporate & Transactional Practice, gaining direct, hands-on exposure to high-value mandates including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Structuring, legal due diligence, and transaction documentation.
- Private Equity & Venture Capital (PE/VC): Handling deal documentation, term sheets, investment agreements, and compliance.
- Capital Markets: Advisory and execution support on regulatory filings and equity/debt offerings.
- Corporate Advisory: Counseling clients on day-to-day corporate governance, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Complex Commercial Transactions: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating multi-faceted commercial contracts.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Law degree (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- 0–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Demonstrated interest and background in corporate, transactional, and commercial legal practice.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation capabilities.
