Key Responsibilities
- Pleadings & Drafting: Formulating meticulous plaints, written statements, writ petitions, applications, notices, and affidavits.
- Court Advocacy & Appearances: Actively representing clients, arguing matters, and conducting court work across Delhi District Courts and the Delhi High Court without hand-holding.
- Registry & Filing: Managing physical filings, e-filing protocols, OTR (One Time Registration), and defect cures.
- Case Preparation: Conducting in-depth legal research, bookmarking, briefing senior counsels, and handling strategic dispute resolution processes.
- Client Ownership: Managing files proactively and ensuring prompt reporting and milestone completions.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of active dispute resolution and litigation experience.
- Jurisdictional Familiarity: Proven exposure to proceedings in the Delhi High Court and various Delhi District Courts.
- Independence: Demonstrated capability to operate autonomously, exercise independent judgment, and take charge of court matters.
