Key Responsibilities / Areas of Exposure
Interns will gain rigorous practical exposure to dispute resolution and advisory practice across key sectors, including:
Conducting in-depth legal research on statutory frameworks, precedents, and regulatory notifications.
Drafting court pleadings, petitions, legal notices, and commercial dispute briefs.
Gaining exposure to litigation, domestic and international arbitration, and criminal and civil proceedings.
Assisting in matters involving cyber laws, technology regulations, and online gaming laws.
Understanding court procedural dynamics and end-to-end dispute management.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Students currently in their 3rd or 4th year of a 5-year integrated law programme (B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B.).
Students in their 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. degree.
Demonstrated keen interest in Litigation, Arbitration, Civil & Criminal Law, Commercial Disputes, Cyber Law, and Technology Law.
Duration & Timeline
The internship is scheduled for November and December 2026.
