Key Responsibilities & Open Positions
SRB-OJAS is inviting applications for five full-time positions across its Corporate and Litigation teams:
Senior Associate – Corporate (2 Positions): Assisting Partners in work management, client relations, and team leadership; high-level drafting; managing client and external communications; and supervising and reviewing associate deliverables. Key focus areas include General Corporate, Contract Lifecycle Management, Real Estate, Policy, Infrastructure Projects, and Administrative Law.
Associate – Corporate (2 Positions): Conducting legal research; drafting, vetting, and reviewing agreements; assisting in due diligence and transaction support; managing corporate compliance and regulatory filings across General Corporate and Infrastructure projects.
Associate – Litigation (1 Position): Drafting and filing pleadings; performing case law research; court calendar management before courts, quasi-judicial bodies, and administrative offices across the Pune region. Proficiency in English and Marathi is mandatory.
Eligibility & Criteria
Senior Associate (Corporate): Minimum 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with strong legal acumen and ability to independently handle mandates.
Associate (Corporate): Minimum 2+ years of PQE in transactional and corporate advisory work.
Associate (Litigation): Minimum 2+ years of PQE in litigation practice with fluency in English and Marathi.
Stipend & Compensation
Senior Associate (Corporate): ₹6,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 CTC per annum.
Associate (Corporate & Litigation): ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 CTC per annum.
Placement within each salary band is determined by candidate capability, experience, and demonstrated skill.
