Key Responsibilities
For Legal Executive:
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and vet complex commercial contracts and corporate agreements.
- Project & Property Matters: Handle property-related legal aspects, perform thorough legal due diligence, and advise on infrastructure/renewable energy projects.
- Insurance & Risk: Review insurance documentation, manage claims, policy coverage, and related legal compliance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Advise internal business teams and coordinate closely with external legal counsel and regulatory government authorities.
For Legal Intern:
- Gain direct, hands-on exposure to corporate, commercial, contract, property, and renewable energy legal matters.
- Assist the team with legal research, contract vetting, and document organization.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Legal Executive: Proven expertise or keen interest in corporate, commercial, real estate, infrastructure, or renewable energy law. Strong drafting, contract review, and legal research skills are essential. Prior experience in insurance matters (policies, claims, coverage) is a strong advantage.
- Legal Intern: Driven law students with sharp drafting abilities, solid research skills, high attention to detail, and a eager willingness to learn.
