Key Responsibilities & Practice Areas
- Commercial Arbitration: Manage and represent domestic and international corporate clients in complex arbitration proceedings.
- Corporate & Commercial Litigation: Strategize, draft, and litigate intricate corporate disputes across various legal verticals.
- Insolvency & Bankruptcy: Handle insolvency litigation under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) before NCLT/NCLAT.
- White-Collar Crime: Advise and represent clients on corporate compliance, investigations, and white-collar defense matters.
- Advocacy & Representation: Regularly appear and present arguments before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, and various specialized judicial forums.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) dedicated to dispute resolution.
- Proven track record in domestic/international commercial arbitration and commercial litigation.
- Prior experience in insolvency, bankruptcy, and white-collar crime litigation is essential.
- Demonstrated experience appearing before High Courts and the Supreme Court.
- Exceptional legal drafting, case research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
