About the Internship Opportunity
Tanmay Mehta & Associates is inviting applications for a Paid Legal Internship through a merit-based judgment analysis assessment. Diverging from conventional recruitment processes, TMA assesses prospective candidates on their ability to rigorously examine a recent court judgment, scrutinize competing legal arguments, and synthesize a well-reasoned conclusion.
Role & Key Responsibilities
- Legal Drafting: Drafting petitions, applications, pleadings, and various court documents.
- Court Briefings: Assisting senior advocates and associates with case preparation and briefing for matters listed before diverse courts and tribunals.
- Legal Content Creation: Curating, researching, and developing insightful legal content for the firm's digital and social media presence.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
- Open to law students currently enrolled in recognized 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree programs.
- Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, case analysis, and drafting.
Stipend & Perks
