Tanvi Dubey & Associates is a distinguished legal chamber headed by Ms. Tanvi Dubey, an Advocate-on-Record (AoR) at the Supreme Court of India with over a decade of rich litigation experience. Having formerly practiced with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., Ms. Dubey and her team specialize in Commercial, Civil, and Constitutional litigation, regularly representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, APTEL, and NCDRC.
Key Responsibilities / Internship Scope
Interns at the chamber will get hands-on experience in high-stakes litigation matters. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive legal research on complex civil, commercial, and constitutional issues.
- Assisting in drafting petitions, legal notices, pleadings, and synopsis of arguments.
- Attending court hearings and proceedings across the Supreme Court of India and key national tribunals.
- Preparing case briefs and synthesizing legal precedents for upcoming court appearances.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Law students enrolled in recognized 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree programs.
- Candidates with strong legal research, analytical skills, and legal drafting abilities.
- A keen interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
Stipend, Perks & Awards
Interns will gain direct mentorship under an AoR, working on top-tier matters across premier appellate forums and tribunals, significantly enhancing their legal research and drafting skills.
