Key Responsibilities & Scope
ThinkLaw is seeking a dynamic and driven Associate to join its IP, Technology & Media practice group. Key focus areas include:
- Handling trademark prosecution and related intellectual property matters.
- Advising clients on complex issues surrounding technology and media laws.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP and media-related commercial contracts.
- Providing research-backed legal advice and strategy for client mandates.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Core expertise and experience in trademark prosecution.
- Strong legal acumen with exceptional attention to detail.
- A keen interest in intellectual property, technology, and media legal frameworks.
- Familiarity with emerging technology and media regulations will be an added advantage.
