The Role & Scope
As a Legal Executive at Time Bound, you will play a central role in managing the corporate legal backbone of the company. You will work closely with cross-functional internal teams and external legal partners to safeguard organizational interests, ensuring seamless documentation, contract execution, and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Documentation & Drafting: Independently draft, review, negotiate, and maintain a wide spectrum of commercial contracts, legal agreements, and corporate documentation.
- Compliance & Operations: Assist the legal team in tracking regulatory compliance, maintaining proper legal records, and executing systemic follow-ups on ongoing legal matters.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between internal business units and external legal counsels to ensure alignment on legal risks and strategies.
- Risk Mitigation: Exercise strong attention to detail to identify legal exposures and propose practical, business-friendly legal solutions.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on legal experience, preferably in a corporate setup or law firm environment.
- Core Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of legal documentation, contract law, and corporate drafting standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to convey complex legal principles clearly.
