Your Role and Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate Compliance Executive / Associate, you will gain end-to-end exposure to corporate secretarial and compliance workflows. Your responsibilities will include:
- Regulatory Filings: Preparing and filing MCA e-forms, processing PAN, TAN, DIN, and DSC applications, and coordinating with external vendors.
- Liaison & Representation: Visiting key regulatory authorities including the RBI, MCA, ROC, CDSL, NSDL, and banking institutions.
- Corporate Governance: Drafting comprehensive board and committee meeting minutes, preparing agendas, notices, and maintaining statutory registers.
- Financial Compliance: Supporting XBRL filings, managing demat account opening/maintenance, and handling bank KYC documentation.
- Record Keeping: Tracking statutory payments, archiving challans, and maintaining meticulous compliance records.
Who We Are Looking For (Eligibility Criteria)
We are looking for detail-oriented professionals who possess:
- A degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Law (LL.B).
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in corporate secretarial or compliance roles.
- A solid foundational understanding of the Companies Act and corporate compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on familiarity with e-form filing portals.
- Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai are highly preferred.
