Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters.
- Manage trademark filing, prosecution, opposition, and related legal proceedings.
- Draft, negotiate, and review legal agreements, commercial contracts, and transactional documents.
- Conduct thorough legal research and deliver comprehensive legal opinions.
- Independently manage assigned matters, ensuring strict compliance and timely completion.
- Coordinate seamlessly with clients to manage legal mandates effectively.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: 2+ years of PQE/relevant experience in Corporate Law and/or IPR.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Trademark and overall IPR statutory procedures.
- Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
- Linguistic proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
