Uplers Solutions Private Limited is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern at its office in Ahmedabad. Uplers is a global talent partner and technology solutions provider. This internship offers law students and recent graduates direct exposure to the inner workings of an in-house corporate legal department within a multinational organization.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
Selected interns will work closely with the in-house legal team and undertake the following tasks:
- Assisting with reviewing, structuring, and organizing corporate legal drafts and agreements.
- Supporting various paralegal and legal administrative activities.
- Conducting legal research and preparing analytical documentation for operational reference.
- Assisting on corporate agreements and advisory matters involving international jurisdictions beyond India where applicable.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Students currently in their 3rd year or above of a B.A. LL.B. or equivalent law program.
- Recent law graduates keen on gaining practical insight into in-house legal operations.
