Founded in 2019, Upscale Legal is a premier corporate law firm headquartered in New Delhi. The firm regularly advises corporates, founders, financial institutions, and government agencies across critical legal sectors, including M&A transactions, PPP infrastructure projects, DPDPA compliance, startup advisory, and tender management.
Upscale Legal is inviting applications from dynamic and motivated law students for a full-time, physical Legal Internship for the month of October 2026 at their New Delhi office.
Key Responsibilities / Internship Scope
- Legal Research & Drafting: Perform depth research on complex statutory provisions and precedents; draft legal documents and opinions.
- Corporate & Commercial Advisory: Assist in advising startups, corporates, and financial institutions.
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Review case files, prepare briefs, and assist with court/arbitration filings.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Handle matters related to Employment & Labour Laws, POSH compliance, Data Privacy (DPDPA), and corporate governance.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Only 3rd-year, 4th-year, and final-year law students are eligible to apply.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication to practical legal skill development.
- Comfort working in a structured, professional law firm environment.
