About the Internship
Vardini SreeVidya Advocates is inviting applications from senior law students for a three-month legal internship in Chennai.
The internship is intended to provide practical exposure to litigation-related work, legal research, preparation of case materials and drafting assistance in matters involving Taxation Law and Constitutional Law.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are open to:
Fourth-year and fifth-year students pursuing a five-year integrated law programme.
Final-year students pursuing a three-year LL.B. programme.
Areas of Work
Interns will work on matters involving:
Taxation Law
Constitutional Law
Court and Tribunal proceedings
Legal Research and Analysis
Legal Opinions and Brief Notes
Case Preparation and Documentation
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns may be required to:
Assist in preparing for court matters and Tribunal proceedings.
Conduct in-depth legal research in taxation and constitutional law.
Prepare case paper books.
Assist in preparing legal opinions.
Draft brief notes and research materials to support ongoing matters.
Internship Duration
Three months.
Work Timings
Candidates may work in either of the following shifts:
Morning shift: 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 5:45 PM
Location and Mode
T. Nagar, Chennai – 600017.
The internship is based at the organisation's Chennai location.
