The Opportunity
Are you a driven law student looking to kickstart your career with hands-on, practical experience? Vijai Bhava Law Firm is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern at our Delhi office. This on-site internship offers an unparalleled opportunity to work directly on high-stakes matters, bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world legal practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in diverse assignments spanning Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and Litigation.
- Engage in comprehensive contract drafting, review, and participate in active Court Visits.
- Conduct rigorous legal research, due diligence, and assist in drafting legal advisory opinions.
- Support the team in handling regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree.
- Freshers with a strong academic background are welcome to apply.
- Possess exceptional legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in Corporate Law, Business Advisory, and Litigation.
- Prior internship experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Stipend & Location
- Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on performance and credentials).
- Location: C12/12 1st Floor, Sec 03, Rohini, New Delhi, India.
