This opportunity offers extensive practical exposure across corporate practice, intellectual property rights, and court litigation under experienced legal mentors.
Key Responsibilities & Work Exposure
As a Legal Intern, you will participate directly in real-world legal assignments and gain well-rounded experience. Key duties include:
- Corporate & Commercial Advisory: Assisting with contract drafting and review, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters.
- Litigation Practice: Participating in court visits, drafting pleadings, and assisting in litigation preparation.
- IPR & Research: Handling Intellectual Property Rights assignments and carrying out in-depth legal research on evolving business regulations.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
- Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree program (Fresh graduates may also apply).
- Strong legal research, analytical skills, drafting capabilities, and high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest in Corporate Law, Business Advisory, and Litigation.
- Prior legal internship experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
