Key Responsibilities / Role Scope
- Drafting pleadings, petitions, legal notices, and written submissions for dispute resolution matters.
- Conducting in-depth legal research on statutory provisions, procedural laws, and landmark judicial precedents.
- Assisting in strategic case planning and representing clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Managing case documentation and coordinating trial preparation effectively.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in active litigation and Dispute Resolution.
- Demonstrated passion and specialized focus in Dispute Resolution practice.
- Exceptional legal drafting, oral advocacy, and analytical research skills.
