About the Role
This internship is crafted for ambitious law students who want more than just clerical work. Selected interns will be integrated directly into active legal cases, observing court strategies and assisting counsel on high-stakes litigation matters across various courts and tribunals in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Case Involvement: Work directly alongside senior advocates and litigation associates on ongoing disputes.
- Legal Research: Conduct extensive case law research and statutory analysis using leading legal databases.
- Drafting & Documentation: Assist in drafting petitions, applications, rejoinders, notices, and briefing notes.
- Court Proceedings: Assist with case filings, court tracking, and attend courtroom hearings.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Current law students pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree programs.
- Availability for an immediate start on an in-office (full-time) basis in New Delhi.
- Sound foundational knowledge of procedural laws (CPC, CrPC) and substantive commercial/civil laws.
- Strong research, analytical, drafting, and verbal communication skills.
