About the Opportunity / Organizer
Zaidico is a specialized boutique legal practice based in Delhi, focusing heavily on regulatory and commercial law, with a core niche in India's dynamic energy sector. Positioned in the regulatory hub of New Delhi, Zaidico regularly represents clients before critical authorities like the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) and the High Court of Delhi on complex constitutional and public utility matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Drafting: Assist senior practitioners in drafting pleadings, affidavits, applications, and formal legal notices.
- Statutory Research: Conduct deep research on case law precedents, commercial contracts, electricity laws, and constitutional issues.
- Courtroom & Tribunal Support: Attend hearings at tribunals and courts, assist during client briefings, and participate in internal litigation strategy sessions.
- Case File Management: Prepare case briefs, compile judgment summaries, and maintain comprehensive case files.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Students in their 3rd to 5th year of a 5-Year Integrated LLB program.
- Students in their 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-Year LLB program.
- Candidates with a strong academic background and demonstrated interest in regulatory and commercial dispute resolution.
Stipend & Tenure
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month.
- Duration: 1 to 3 months (Tenure available across October, November, and December 2026).
- Mode: Full-time, On-site (Delhi Office).
