The company is looking to recruit a skilled legal professional for the position of Legal Officer based at their Noida office.
Role Scope & Responsibilities
As a Legal Officer at Zeon Lifesciences Ltd, the incumbent will oversee regulatory compliances, draft and review commercial agreements, handle corporate legal matters, manage legal documentation, and provide risk assessment for organizational operations within the health and manufacturing sectors.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: Professional Law Degree (LLB).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification legal experience in legal advisory, regulatory affairs, or corporate law.
