ZR Legal & Associates is a progressive law firm based in Kolkata. The firm's practice spans fractional legal consulting, commercial contracts, intellectual property, founder and employment advisory, real estate, and legal advisory within the creator economy. Additionally, the firm fosters social innovation through the ZR Impact Lab, enabling aspiring lawyers to initiate and lead impactful pro bono interventions under senior guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft practical memoranda across diverse corporate and commercial matters.
- Assist in preparing contracts, legal research notes, and thought-leadership articles.
- Work across the firm's varied practice areas, gaining hands-on exposure to practical legal problem-solving.
- Propose and spearhead self-directed pro bono projects through the ZR Impact Lab with firm mentorship.
Eligibility & Criteria
- Law students enrolled in recognized 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programs (preferably in their 4th or 5th year).
- Demonstrated interest in practical legal applications beyond theoretical classroom study.
- Strong analytical, research, drafting, and communication skills.
Duration & Work Mode
- Duration: October to December 2026.
- Vacancies: 3 positions.
- Work Mode: Remote or In-office (Kolkata).
- Stipend: Performance-based remuneration, commensurate with work quality and contribution.
