About the Internship

AMD Law India is inviting applications for its Educational Internship Programme for August and September 2026. This is a full-time, in-office internship at the firm's Vadodara, Gujarat office.

The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to corporate law, intellectual property, legal research, content creation, and day-to-day legal operations while enabling interns to work closely with the firm's legal team.

Eligibility

Applicants must be:

• Law students willing to commit to a full-time, in-office internship for the entire internship period.

Outstation applicants must be:

• Willing to relocate to Vadodara at their own expense for the duration of the internship.

• Contract Drafting

• Legal Research

• Legal Content Development

What You'll Gain

During the internship, selected candidates will:

• Conduct corporate law research.

• Draft and review contracts and legal agreements.

• Assist with Intellectual Property research, including IP law analysis, IP searches, and statutory frameworks.

• Develop structured legal content.

• Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational legal tasks.

• Gain practical exposure to the functioning of a law firm.

High-performing interns may also be considered for future positions and extended engagements with the firm.
