About the Internship

T&S LAW is hiring Assessment Interns to support its Capital Markets and Corporate Law practice. The internship provides hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, due diligence, corporate compliance, and SEBI-related assignments, with the possibility of a full-time role based on performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and drafting.

• Perform CIBIL and promoter watchout checks.

• Assist with Intellectual Property (IPR) due diligence.

• Support investment-related legal documentation.

• Assist in director appointments and corporate compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.

• Work on capital markets and corporate law assignments.

Eligibility

Applicants should:

• Be 5th-year law students or law graduates.

• Have strong legal research and drafting skills.

• Demonstrate an interest in Capital Markets and Corporate Law.

• Be self-motivated, quick learners, and able to work independently.

• Be willing to relocate and work from the Noida office.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior internship experience in Capital Markets and SEBI Regulations.
