About the Internship

The Office of Hon'ble Justice V. Mohana, Judge, Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for full-time, in-person judicial internships on a rolling basis from August 2026 onwards.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate law students:

  • 2nd year or above of the 3-year LL.B. programme, or

  • 4th year or above of the 5-year integrated law programme.

• Candidates should possess strong legal research and legal writing skills.

Selection Process

• Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

• Shortlisted candidates may be invited for a telephonic or virtual interview.

• Selected applicants will ordinarily be informed 2–4 weeks before the internship begins.

Orientation

Selected interns will undergo an orientation session at the beginning of the internship covering:

• Office working procedures

• Legal research methodology

• Administrative protocols

• Internship expectations

Relevant templates, guidelines, and office protocols will also be shared to facilitate smooth onboarding.

Interns are expected to:

• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Treat all information and materials accessed during the internship as strictly confidential.

• Conduct themselves in a manner befitting the Office of a Judge of the Supreme Court of India.
