About the Job

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India is inviting applications for the positions of Assessment Intern and Associate for its General Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Team.

The opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong academic background and practical experience in corporate law who wish to work on high-value corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and M&A matters in a leading law firm.

Eligibility

Applicants should possess:

• A 5-year LL.B. degree from a reputed university with a strong academic record.

• Experience of training or working with a reputed law firm in the Corporate/M&A practice.

• A good understanding of:

  • Companies Act, 2013

  • Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA)

  • SEBI Laws

  • RBI Regulations

  • Indian Contract Act

  • Industrial and Labour Laws

Preferred Qualification

Candidates holding a Company Secretary (CS) qualification along with relevant training or work experience will be given preference.
