About the Job

The firm is hiring an Associate to assist in arbitration proceedings and insolvency matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). The role involves legal drafting, research, case strategy, and client representation in dispute resolution matters.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle arbitration and dispute resolution matters.

• Assist in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings under the IBC.

• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal submissions.

• Conduct legal research and case analysis.

• Represent and assist clients in arbitration and insolvency matters.

• Collaborate with the dispute resolution team on ongoing cases.

Eligibility

Applicants should have:

• 3–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).

• Strong experience in Arbitration and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).

• Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and case management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
