About the Internship

AMD Law India is seeking Legal Interns for its Educational Internship Program. Interns will work closely with experienced legal professionals on research, drafting, IP matters, and day-to-day legal operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research in corporate and intellectual property law.

• Assist in contract drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.

• Perform IP research and statutory analysis.

• Assist with IP searches and legal research assignments.

• Create legal content and analyse legal developments.

• Support legal operations and administrative tasks.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be law students.

• Be available for a full-time, work-from-office internship in Vadodara.

• Be willing to relocate to Vadodara at their own expense, if applying from outside the city.

• Possess strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
