About the Internship

Atarya Partners is inviting applications for Legal Internships with immediate joining for the months of July, August, and September 2026. This is a full-time, office-based internship at the firm's Greater Kailash-II, New Delhi office. The firm is also offering long-term internship opportunities for suitable candidates.

The internship provides hands-on exposure to litigation, allowing interns to work closely with the firm's lawyers on live matters involving legal research, drafting, case preparation, and court proceedings.

Eligibility

Applicants must be:

Students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme, or
Final-year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme.

Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.

What You'll Gain

During the internship, selected candidates will:

Conduct legal research.
Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
