About the Job

Royal Instrument India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Lawyer to provide legal advisory services, manage corporate contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee litigation matters, and support the company's corporate governance and risk management functions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, labour, partnership, and business matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts and agreements.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Coordinate litigation matters and manage external legal counsel.

• Identify and mitigate legal risks.

• Maintain legal documentation and corporate records.

Eligibility

Applicants should have:

• LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred).

• Valid Bar Council registration and licence to practice law.

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate law.

• Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• High ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential matters.
