About the Internship

Hans & Hans Advocates & Consultants is inviting applications for two Offline Legal Intern positions at its Faridabad (Delhi/NCR) office.

The internship offers practical exposure to live legal matters, enabling interns to gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, court work, and case analysis across multiple areas of legal practice.

Eligibility

Applicants must be:

• Students in the 3rd–5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme, or

• Students in the 2nd–3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.

Practice Areas

Interns will gain exposure to:

• Real Estate Law (RERA)

• Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC)

• Civil Litigation

• Commercial Litigation

• Corporate Advisory

What You'll Gain

During the internship, selected candidates will:

• Conduct legal research.

• Assist in drafting legal documents.

• Analyse case laws.

• Assist with court work.

• Support ongoing matters before judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

• Gain practical exposure to litigation and corporate legal practice.

Stipend

• ₹5,000 per month

Duration

• Minimum 2 months

• Extendable based on performance
