About the Internship
LLM Advocates is inviting applications for 5 Legal AI and Multimedia Forensics Interns for a one-month remote internship during October 2026.
The internship is designed for students and recent graduates interested in the intersection of law, artificial intelligence, multimedia forensics, digital evidence, cyber investigations and technology law.
Selected interns will undertake research-oriented assignments involving digital multimedia analysis, AI-assisted forensic workflows, authentication and verification of electronic evidence, and legal issues surrounding AI-generated and manipulated content.
Eligibility
The opportunity is open to:
Law students and recent law graduates interested in Legal AI, digital forensics, cyber law, multimedia evidence or technology law.
Students from Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Artificial Intelligence, Media Technology and related disciplines interested in the legal aspects of digital evidence.
Candidates with good research, analytical and writing skills.
Candidates with a strong interest in emerging technologies.
Prior experience with AI tools, multimedia analysis or digital forensics is beneficial but not mandatory.

Selected interns will be involved in:
Conducting legal research relating to multimedia and digital evidence.
Assisting with AI-assisted multimedia forensic research.
Researching and analysing image, audio and video evidence.
Examining metadata and digital file information.
Researching methods for authentication and verification of multimedia evidence.
Studying deepfakes and synthetic media.
Analysing AI-generated and manipulated content.
Researching digital evidence preservation and documentation.
Studying chain of custody and evidentiary considerations.
Researching cyber law and legal issues relating to digital media.
Examining privacy and data protection issues involving multimedia evidence.
Researching AI tools used in forensic investigations.
Preparing legal research notes, forensic reports and analytical briefs.
