Hold an LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
Have a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in any of the following:
Scheduled Commercial Banks
Housing Finance Companies
Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs)
Law firms
Possess experience involving:
Title investigation reports
Matters related to property laws
SARFAESI matters
Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) matters
Recovery laws
