About the Internship & Role Overview
The internship is designed for motivated, diligent, and committed law students seeking rigorous, hands-on exposure to practical legal practice. Selected interns will gain practical insights into:
- In-depth legal research on statutory provisions and precedent case laws.
- Assisting in drafting petitions, notices, pleadings, and legal briefs.
- Attending and observing court proceedings and day-to-day chamber practice.
Eligibility & Criteria
- Students currently enrolled in the 2nd year or above of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme.
- Students currently enrolled in the 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Candidates must be strictly available for an in-person, physical internship at the Lucknow office during the selected months.
Duration, Location & Work Mode
- Available Months: November, December, and January.
- Work Mode: In-office (Physical).
- Location: Vishen Law Chambers, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
