About the Internship
Hizuno is hiring a Legal Compliance Intern to support its team in researching insurance regulations, reviewing compliance documentation and assisting with corporate governance requirements.
The internship offers hands-on experience with insurance laws, regulatory filings and compliance with IRDAI guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be currently in the final year of an LL.B., B.A. LL.B. or B.B.A. LL.B. programme.
Have a strong interest in insurance law and IRDAI compliance.
Possess excellent legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will assist with the following:
Regulatory Research: Research and analyse IRDAI circulars, notifications and guidelines.
Compliance Documentation: Assist in reviewing policy documents, product filings and compliance reports.
Corporate Governance: Support the legal team in preparing corporate governance disclosures and compliance certificates.
