National Law University, Delhi is proud to announce the 1st NLU Delhi National Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition 2026. This flagship event aims to foster critical legal research, persuasive advocacy, and a nuanced understanding of evolving constitutional paradigms among law students across India.
The moot proposition focuses on contemporary issues in Constitutional Law, including Privacy Rights in the Digital Age, Freedom of Speech versus Algorithmic Moderation, and the Scope of Judicial Review in Executive Policy Decisions.
Interested teams must complete the online registration form via the direct link before the deadline. Payment details for the registration fee (₹2,500 per team) are provided within the form.
